Harness CEO and Founder Jyoti Bansal joined Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer, and COO of ServiceNow, for a fireside chat on May 16, 2026. The discussion covered the future of AI in the enterprise and value delivery. Harness is the AI-native software delivery platform for engineering teams across CI/CD, GitOps, feature flags, cloud cost management, and security. Bansal previously sold AppDynamics to Cisco for $3.7 billion. Harness serves over 1,000 enterprise customers and raised $240 million in Series E funding at $5.5 billion valuation.
