Global Payments Q1 results showed Worldpay contributing approximately $1.2 billion in revenue, expanding scale to process nearly $4 trillion in annual payment volume across more than 6 million merchant locations. Cost synergies are projected at $150 million run-rate exiting 2026, scaling to $350 million in 2027 and $600 million in 2028. Revenue synergies of $100 million are expected in 2028.
