MarshallZehr, a mortgage broker that has deployed over $4.5 billion in capital across 400-plus transactions, adopted Grafana Cloud and Alloy for full-stack observability. The four-person technology team migrated from self-hosted Prometheus and Grafana OSS to centralized logs, metrics, and unified visualization. Prior to adoption the team had no observability strategy and responded only after user reports. The deployment enables proactive alerting and reduces operational burden from self-hosting.
