Hightouch shifted headquarters to San Francisco Financial District in spring 2026 and moved from seat-based billing to usage-and-outcomes pricing tied to the number of campaigns customers run. The company secured $150 million Series D funding at $2.75 billion valuation on April 29, 2026, led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Bain Capital Ventures. Co-CEO Kashish Gupta stated SaaS revenue remains core while the firm plans to monetize additional capabilities after validating underlying tech. Hightouch now employs approximately 380 people following a hiring spree.
