Jacobs Entertainment shared plans on May 18, 2026, for the next phase of its Reno Neon Line entertainment district following completion of the initial $400 million first phase. The expansion includes a 4,000-seat Las Vegas-style showroom, 500 units of new housing, a 55-story 600-room tower, and an encased pedestrian bridge at Fourth Street replicating the Reno Arch. Jacobs Entertainment CEO Jeff Jacobs said the company acquired the property nearly a decade ago to reimagine downtown Reno, with prior phase one elements including youth sports fields and J Resort renovations. The plans continue investments after five years of development along West Fourth Street.
