Wise made its Nasdaq debut last week as part of shifting its primary listing from the London Stock Exchange while retaining a secondary listing on the LSE. The UK-based cross-border payments company completed the process in nearly one year. Board chair David Wells commented that the US listing gives better access to the world's deepest and most liquid capital market. The shift also aligns Wise more closely with major growth potential in the US, the biggest market opportunity for its products today. Wise has been public since 2021 on the London exchange prior to this change.
