Latitude.sh Acquisition by Megaport Adds A$90.6m ARR from AI Contracts

Megaport reported that Latitude.sh started paying with committed AI infrastructure contracts generating A$90.6m annualised recurring revenue. The subsidiary secured funding to deliver on the deals without dilution following the November 2025 acquisition. Customers include two US entities for GPU and compute workloads. Megaport's first half FY26 revenue reached A$134m before these new commitments.
