JuiceMe Acquires Ajiraworks and Appoints Catherine Ochako as Global EOR Director

JuiceMe acquired Ajiraworks on or around May 14, 2026, and appointed founder Catherine Ochako as Global Director, Employer of Record. The transaction integrates Ajiraworks compliance infrastructure and cross-border employment IP into JuiceMe's operations across the UK and Kenya. Catherine Ochako joins as board member and shareholder after scaling EOR operations across 29 markets including South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya. Lawrence Diamond and Sandile Dlamini, co-founders of JuiceMe, highlighted the move to accelerate pan-African expansion with tested compliance systems.
