Lambda closed a $1 billion syndicated senior secured credit facility on May 7, 2026. The facility upsized from the original $275 million established in August 2025. J.P. Morgan acted as lead arranger. The multi-tranche facility funds deployment of new NVIDIA AI accelerator infrastructure and data center capacity expansion. The financing lowers the cost of capital while delivering additional revenue-generating assets.
