TENEX.AI Expands Partnerships with Google and Microsoft After $250M Series B

TENEX.AI announced deeper partnerships and integrations with Google SecOps and Microsoft security solutions as part of its March 31, 2026 $250M Series B round led by Crosspoint Capital Partners. The Sarasota-based AI SOC company founded in 2024 by CEO Eric Foster processes 100% of customer alert telemetry in under a minute for enterprise customers. The round valued the company at over $1 billion with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Shield Capital, DTCP, Deepwork Capital and the Florida Opportunity Fund. TENEX.AI reported $25 million in contracted revenue and plans EMEA expansion.
