Freshworks CEO Dennis Woodside issued a May 2026 message noting strong momentum in the Employee Experience strategy. Over half of large deals now involve EX products. The company reduced headcount by more than 20% since Q3 2024 while growing EX ARR 27% year-over-year in Q1. Freshworks expects EX to comprise 60% of ARR by end of 2026.
