MongoDB, Inc. announced a €74 million investment in its Irish operations on April 23, 2026. The company plans to create approximately 200 new jobs by 2027 across engineering, product development, and customer-facing teams. This expands the Irish hybrid workforce by more than 50% to over 500 employees at the Dublin International HQ and new Cork office.
