HCL Technologies announced a strategic partnership with Red Hat on May 16 2026 to co-develop AI solutions. The collaboration leverages Red Hat OpenShift AI to streamline generative AI workflows for global enterprises and shift from standalone AI pilots to integrated hybrid cloud platforms. HCLTech employs 227000 staff worldwide and targets reduced AI time-to-market with pre-built enterprise platforms. The partnership aims to expand operating margins beyond the current 18.2 percent over the next 4-6 quarters.
