Toast (NYSE:TOST) announced a new partnership on May 19, 2026, with The Alinea Group adopting Toast as its preferred technology platform across Michelin-starred and high-end restaurants. The company introduced an expanded AI suite including Toast IQ Grow for marketing automation, AI multi-location analytics, AI invoice scanning, and an AI-integrated drive-thru system. New Toast Local capabilities launched via a partnership with Resy and American Express for restaurant discovery and customer engagement. The Alinea Group operates its namesake Alinea, Next, The Aviary, and The Office locations. Toast focuses on software and hardware from POS to marketing and back-office tools for restaurants.
