Metaview Report Shows AI-Adopting Teams Have 3.8x Stronger Cross-Functional Relationships

Metaview released its 2026 AI & Hiring Alignment Report on May 7, 2026. The survey of 505 recruiting leaders and hiring managers across North America and EMEA revealed a hidden coordination crisis in hiring teams. Teams using AI as core to hiring were 3.8x more likely to rate the partnership as excellent. 79% of teams with high alignment exceed business goals, compared with 36% for teams with low alignment. Metaview conducted the research in partnership with Cint.
