Workday Integrates Paradox Conversational ATS for Frontline Hiring

Workday announced that Paradox Conversational ATS is now available through Workday on January 8, 2026. The integration replaces logins, long forms, and manual steps with conversational experiences to help organizations hire frontline workers faster. Workday Frontline Agent will be available in Spring 2026. Adam Godson serves as CEO of Paradox and head of Workday talent acquisition products.
