Mathias Nöbauer, CEO of Exoscale, will join Panel 3 at the Connect Europe Policy Summit 2026 on 2 June 2026 in Brussels. The panel titled Towards European Tech Sovereignty: AI Infrastructures, Cloud Capacity and Connectivity features Matthias Ecke as ITRE MEP, Anne Duboscq as Public Affairs & Communications Director at OVHcloud, and moderator Sebastiano Toffaletti as Secretary General of the European DIGITAL SME Alliance. Panel 3 is organized in partnership with the European DIGITAL SME Alliance and addresses regulatory frameworks including the Digital Networks Act, EU Merger Guidelines, Cybersecurity Act, and Cloud and AI frameworks. Mathias Nöbauer serves as CEO of Exoscale, a European sovereign cloud provider that is a member of A1 Digital International GmbH & Co KG.
