Chroma ATE Announces Leadership Transition with I-Shih Tseng as New CEO Effective January 1, 2026

Chroma ATE Inc. announced that its founder and chairman Leo Huang will step down as CEO, handing the role over to I-Shih Tseng, the current president of the integrated system solutions and optical inspection systems business units. Chroma held an extraordinary board meeting on December 3, 2025. To support organizational development and enhance its governance structure, the board unanimously approved that, starting January 1, 2026, Tseng will be promoted to president and CEO, overseeing operational policies and strategy execution. Dr. I-Shih Tseng joined Chroma in 1998 and before joining Chroma, he served as Project Manager in the Institute for Information Industry. He currently serves as president of the integrated system solutions and optical inspection systems business units, as well as a board director.
