Dümmen Orange and Syngenta Flowers signed an agreement on May 20, 2026 to form a joint venture in ornamental breeding and propagation. The companies will combine their global horticultural businesses and complementary variety portfolios. Completion of the deal requires regulatory approvals after board approvals from both organizations. Rabobank acted as financial advisor to Syngenta and UBS advised Dümmen Orange.
