NiCE Partners with Konecta to Deploy NiCE Cognigy Agentic AI for Customer Experience

NiCE announced a strategic partnership with Konecta on May 14, 2026 to scale AI-first customer experiences. NiCE integrates its CXone platform and NiCE Cognigy generative and agentic AI technology into Konecta's open platform for out-of-the-box digital agents trained on industry-specific regulatory requirements. Konecta gains Global Platinum Partner status with access to technical expertise, co-innovation support, and early access to emerging agentic AI capabilities. NiCE president of CX Product & Technology Jeff Comstock stated the partnership reflects Konecta's leadership in operationalizing AI at a global scale.
