Clay Announces Second Employee Tender Offer at $5B Valuation

Clay announced its second employee tender offer in nine months on January 28, 2026. The tender allows employees to sell up to $55M of vested shares at a $5B valuation. The round is led by DST Global with participation from Conviction, Avra, Operator Collective, and Frontline. Angels and customers including Claire Hughes Johnson of Stripe, Sheila Vashee of Figma, Shishir Mehrotra of Superhuman, and Lenny Rachitsky joined the offer. Clay reached $100M ARR in December with revenue more than 3.5x last year and 14,000 customers including OpenAI and HubSpot.
