Nebius Group reported Q1 2026 revenue of $399 million, up 684% year-over-year from $50.9 million. CEO Arkady Volozh stated demand exceeds capacity with multiple customers competing for every GPU. The company raised full-year capex guidance to $20-25 billion from $16-20 billion and secured a new 1.2 GW Pennsylvania AI factory site. Nebius signed a second Meta agreement for up to $27 billion in compute capacity over five years and received a $2 billion Nvidia equity investment. Nebius raised $6.3 billion in Q1 including $4.3 billion in convertible notes and $2 billion from Nvidia.
