GitLab CEO Bill Staples Discusses Duo Agent Platform and $400 Million Share Buyback

GitLab reported Q4 FY26 results with adjusted EPS of $0.30 beating estimates of $0.23 and revenue of $260.4 million exceeding $252.21 million on 23% year-over-year growth. The GitLab Duo Agent Platform launched with general availability in mid-January 2026 and carries hybrid pricing. GitLab's board authorized a $400 million share repurchase program.
