NanoCo lands $12 million seed funding and launches enterprise assistant on NanoClaw

NanoCo announced a $12 million seed round on May 20, 2026, with Valley Capital Partners leading and Docker among the investors alongside Vercel, monday.com, Slow Ventures, Clutch Capital, Factorial Capital, and Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue. Each agent executes in a dedicated Docker sandbox with credentials routed through a separate gateway that enforces policies and integrates with existing vault systems. Docker developer relations engineer Oleg Šelajev initiated contact after personal use of NanoClaw, expanding the collaboration into a formal partnership that includes sandboxing for enterprise agents.
