Bloomberg Notes SpaceX Cursor Acquisition Could Close in July 2026

Bloomberg reported May 19, 2026 that SpaceX plans Cursor acquisition about 30 days after IPO listing on June 12, 2026 targeting July closure. Earlier reporting set option price at $60 billion with $10 billion breakup fee if deal does not close. Cursor raised $2.3 billion at $29.3 billion valuation in November 2025 and has millions of developer users. SpaceX expects to file IPO as soon as May 20, 2026.
