Nooks expands its engineering footprint in Seattle from zero to six engineers and hires for additional platform and product engineering roles. The San Francisco-based AI sales software company plans to open a dedicated Seattle office while currently operating out of investor Tola Capital’s space. CTO and co-founder Nikhil Cheerla states the hires target a pocket of talent among engineers experienced in scalable systems who seek roles at a fast-growing startup experimenting with AI-powered software. Nooks raised a $43 million Series B round in October 2024. Since then revenue has grown 6X and the company employs about 200 people up from 90 a year ago with customers including HubSpot, Rippling, ZoomInfo, Toast, Postman, and Vanta.
