Databricks Makes GPT-5.5 Available for Enterprise Agent Workflows via AI Unity Gateway

Databricks announced availability of GPT-5.5 for customer agent workflows on May 15, 2026. The model achieved a new state of the art on the OfficeQA Pro benchmark for complex enterprise document tasks. Customers access GPT-5.5 through AI Unity Gateway inside workflows built with AgentBricks and Agent Supervisor API. The integration supports orchestration of parsing, retrieval, and execution across specialized agents. OpenAI highlighted the deployment for production enterprise use.
