DataGrail announced the launch of Vera, its first complete AI privacy agent purpose-built for privacy operations. Vera integrates natively with the DataGrail platform to provide context-aware automation across 2,500+ systems and 22,000+ applications while remaining human-governed with user permissions and approval requirements. It supports autofilling privacy assessments such as PIAs and DPIAs in minutes instead of months, automatic cookie detection and rule application for consent governance, risk detection for shadow AI and data exposure, and generation of executive insights. Vera is available to all DataGrail customers now, with unlimited access to Assessment AutoFill beta for a limited time, and includes the first production-ready privacy MCP server for secure integration with external AI clients like Claude.
