Adyen and SAP Launch Unified Payment Solution for Commerce Cloud

Adyen announced a new collaboration with SAP on May 13, 2026 to support the launch of SAP Unified Payment, a native fully embedded payment solution for SAP Commerce Cloud. The integration replaces fragmented third-party gateways with a single global financial stack connected across ecommerce, POS, and ERP systems. Adyen’s AI-driven optimization and fraud management, trained on over a trillion dollars in global transaction data, enables Dynamic Identification for loyal customers and automated cross-border reconciliation via native SAP S/4HANA sync. Roelant Prins, Chief Commercial Officer at Adyen, stated that businesses gain a clear view of their data by moving away from fragmented vendor management.
