Blitzy Raises $200M at $1.4B Valuation with PSG and Battery Ventures Backing

Blitzy secured a $200 million growth round at a $1.4 billion valuation. PSG Managing Director Adam Marcus discussed the partnership with Blitzy CEO Brian Elliott to accelerate product development. Battery Ventures also participated in the round focused on enterprise engineering. Blitzy OS uses thousands of AI agents for autonomous code generation on large codebases. The round closed in early May 2026 with growth equity support from PSG.
