Fountain announced the launch of Cue, the first autonomous frontline intelligence designed to run frontline workforce operations without manual intervention. Cue executes workflows including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while detecting and filling shift gaps and flagging underperforming locations. The system generates board-ready operational insights and processes examples such as 12,847 applications and 847 filled roles in 14 hours. Chief Product and Technology Officer Salim Jernite stated that agentic systems run the work rather than merely reporting on it. Fountain’s platform now embeds multi-agent orchestration directly into enterprise workflows with human oversight controls and configurable governance policies, marking a shift from SaaS dashboards to production-grade agentic systems for the 2.7 billion frontline global workers.
