OpenRouter is in talks to raise approximately $120 million in a new funding round led by one of Alphabet's venture arms, targeting a $1.3 billion post-money valuation as of April 1, 2026. The Information reported the potential round details for the AI model routing startup. OpenRouter has previously raised $40 million in combined seed and Series A rounds in June 2025 led by a16z and Menlo Ventures at a $500 million valuation.
