Advanced Manufacturing Company of America (Amca) closed a $300 million Series B funding round on May 20, 2026, led by Caffeinated Capital at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Amca acquired BC Systems, a power electronics supplier supporting classified defense programs, and now operates six facilities totaling over 123,000 square feet in California, Iowa, and New York. The company will use proceeds to create or acquire additional factories nationwide and deploy its AI-powered RAPID platform for component design, qualification, and manufacturing. Amca supplies critical parts to Boeing, Lockheed Martin for the F-35, Airbus, and GE Aerospace, achieving up to 67% faster lead times than industry standards through integrated engineering and production.
