Gavriel Cohen and Lazer Cohen founders of NanoCo turned down a roughly $20 million acquisition offer and raised an oversubscribed $12 million seed round on May 20, 2026 led by Valley Capital Partners. Docker Vercel Monday.com Slow Ventures and angel Clem Delangue CEO of Hugging Face participated in the round for the security-focused OpenClaw alternative NanoClaw. The product launched virally after tweets from Andrej Karpathy and Singapore’s foreign minister then booked enterprise customers including executives at Amazon Google Meta SentinelOne and Accenture. NanoClaw provides secure containerized execution for AI agents with forward-deployed engineering services.
