4basebio PLC appoints Richard Bungay as Chief Financial Officer effective July 2026. Bungay previously led strategic repositioning and a significant Series A round at Sitala Bio Limited plus an in-licensing deal with Fosun Pharma for up to $670m. He also executed an acquisition by UCB for £1.5bn at a prior company. Richard Bungay currently serves as Non-executive Director of Chroma Therapeutics Ltd and holds a First Class degree in Chemistry from Nottingham University.
