Maropost held its Customer Success Summit 2026 on May 5 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Queensland. Akhilesh Kumar, Senior Vice President Product at Maropost, presented on AI in action for retail operations including intelligent recommendations. Gaetan Matot, Neto Product Director at Maropost, covered recently released features and integrations for the Neto platform. The half-day event preceded Retail Fest 2026 and focused on transparency and upcoming product developments for Australian customers.
