Cognition entered talks to raise hundreds of millions at approximately $25 billion valuation in April 2026. The push follows growth from its autonomous AI developer Devin. Cognition previously raised $400 million at $10.2 billion valuation in September 2025. Devin was introduced in March 2024 and the company acquired Windsurf in July 2025.
