Isara raises $94M Series A at $650M valuation with OpenAI investment

Isara, a San Francisco AI startup founded in June 2025 by Eddie Zhang and Henry Gasztowtt, raised $94 million in a Series A round at a $650 million valuation. OpenAI joined investors Amity Ventures, Michael Ovitz, and Stanley Druckenmiller in the round. The company builds software for multi-agent AI systems that coordinate thousands of agents on tasks like predictive modeling in finance and biotech. Isara has three employees and targets investment firms for its first predictive tools.
