Nebius Raises GPU Rental Prices Up to 30 Percent Effective June 1

Nebius updated its on-demand and preemptible GPU rental prices effective June 1, 2026 with increases up to 30 percent across H100, H200, B200 and B300 clusters. On-demand rates rose from $2.95 to $3.85 per hour for H100 and from $5.50 to $7.15 per hour for B200 while spot pricing for H100 increased up to 72 percent. Existing long-term contracts remain unchanged. The price adjustments reflect strong demand and sold-out capacity as Nebius reports prior Microsoft and Meta contracts totaling over $46 billion in committed revenue.
