Greenhouse Launches MCP for Governed AI Tool Connections

Greenhouse announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) on May 7, 2026. The MCP provides hiring teams a governed method to connect AI tools and agents directly to the Greenhouse platform while maintaining data security and permissions. Developed with input from design partners StubHub and Komodo Health, the feature automates workflows such as QBR summaries, pipeline analysis, and compliance audits. Meredith Johnson, Chief Product Officer of Greenhouse, stated that the MCP strengthens hiring without shortcuts. Komodo Health's Matt Texeira noted the beta delivered pipeline analytics in under 30 minutes.
