CircleCI Updates Ubuntu Machine Images Including New 26.04 LTS on May 13, 2026

CircleCI released updated edge machine images for Ubuntu 22.04, 24.04, and new Ubuntu 26.04 on May 13, 2026. The release includes CUDA support for the first time on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS. Standard updates apply across the images. Users can now access the new Ubuntu 26.04 image for machine executor jobs.
