Dify raised $30 million in a Series Pre-A round on March 9, 2026 at a $180 million valuation. The round was led by HSG with participation from GL Ventures, Alt-Alpha Capital, 5Y Capital, Mizuho Leaguer Investment and NYX Ventures. Total funding reached $41.5 million including prior rounds of $6 million in 2024 and $1.5 million seed in 2023. Founder and CEO Luyu Zhang leads the Menlo Park-based company with 98 employees.
