Lovable Announces 10% Annual Raise for All Employees

Lovable will provide every employee a 10% pay increase on their next work anniversary between July 2026 and July 2027. Co-founder Anton Osika stated the policy rewards longer tenure without requiring separate raise negotiations. The company currently employs 200 people across Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco, London, and New York. Lovable plans to reach 400 employees by the end of 2026 while hiring in engineering, product, and sales.
