PagerDuty Names John DiLullo New CEO as Jennifer Tejada Becomes Executive Chair

PagerDuty the San Francisco-based AI-first operations management platform appointed John DiLullo as Chief Executive Officer effective May 11 2026. DiLullo succeeds Jennifer Tejada who led the company since 2016 and moves to Executive Chair of the Board. Under Tejada PagerDuty scaled revenue from under 50 million dollars to nearly 500 million dollars serving more than 35,000 customers including over half the Fortune 500. John DiLullo previously served as CEO of Deepwatch and NASDAQ-listed LiveVox with additional experience at Cisco Aruba Networks and Forcepoint. The company reaffirmed its Q1 fiscal 2027 revenue outlook of 118 million to 120 million dollars.
