Nebius Acquires Eigen AI for $643 Million and Licenses Clarifai Inference IP

Nebius Group agreed to acquire Eigen AI for approximately $643 million in 2026. The company also licensed inference IP from Clarifai and welcomed its core team to strengthen its AI cloud platform. Nebius previously acquired Tavily for around $400 million earlier in the year. These moves support Nebius' full-stack AI infrastructure strategy including model-level optimization and compute orchestration.
