Insider One acquired Bluecore on May 13, 2026. Bluecore had raised $263.2 million total equity funding from investors including Techstars, Felicis, FirstMark, and Silver Lake Waterman. The acquisition adds Bluecore’s Transparent ID Network processing over 10 billion daily shopper events. Insider One CEO Hande Cilingir indicated further U.S. acquisitions remain under consideration.
