ReliaQuest founder and CEO Brian Murphy discussed talent development strategies in a May 15, 2026 Florida Trend article. ReliaQuest hires a few hundred cybersecurity employees annually and spends millions on proprietary training content and cyber simulations. Since 2018, the company has hosted a four-week lab at University of South Florida where 432 students completed training and ReliaQuest hired about 200 of them. More than 80% of ReliaQuest promotions come from within the company.
