Boomi signed a letter of intent to acquire Lunar.dev on May 13, 2026. Steve Lucas, Chairman and CEO of Boomi, stated the move gives customers control over every interaction between AI, data, and applications. Lunar.dev provides an AI gateway with granular policy-driven control, visibility, security, and performance for enterprise environments. Steve Lucas said the acquisition helps organizations move from AI experimentation to production with governance embedded at every layer.
