Shift4 Payments announced executive promotions and leadership changes on March 9, 2026 with changes effective April 1, 2026. Pier Francesco Nervini became President of Shift4 International after holding senior positions at Global Blue since 2014. Timothy Goodwin was named Chief Payments Officer after joining as SVP of Product in early 2025. Jay Whalen, Chief Accounting Officer, departed the company. The moves followed Shift4's $2.5 billion acquisition of Global Blue in July 2025.
