Prefect's workflow orchestration platform is now listed on the Snowflake Marketplace according to a May 16, 2026 report. HNI Corporation uses Prefect with Snowflake to run critical data pipelines supporting analytics and AI workloads. The listing allows adoption directly through the Snowflake Marketplace using existing Snowflake commitments. This lowers procurement friction and accelerates adoption among Snowflake enterprise customers. Prefect can connect AI agents to Snowflake and the rest of the business with FastMCP and Horizon MCP Gateway.
